Property Manager / Leasing Consultant.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Schedule and supervise leasing inspections & managing rental enquiries
  • Schedule and complete periodic routine inspections on rental properties
  • Complete detailed ingoing condition report inspections in preparation for new tenancies.
  • Completing thorough vacating inspections and reporting discrepancies with the condition report to Property Managers.
  • Undergo training and development with a view to take on your own portfolio and become a Property Manager
  • Assisting with processing of applications & related paperwork

Experience & attributes:

  • Victorian Agents Representative certificate
  • Current police clearance certificate
  • Exceptional organisational & time management skills
  • Keen customer service skills & relatable manner
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly & take ownership of the role
  • Resilience & efficiency under pressure
  • Some prior experience in real estate with experience in Property Me, Inspection Express & Inspect Real Estate applications is advantageous, though non-essential.
  • An economical & reliable vehicle will be essential for this role.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is advantageous but not essential.
  • Dynamic Residential are engaged in developing the next generation of Property Managers in Victoria. This is an entry level role and while real estate experience is advantageous, it is not essential as long as you have a passion to start a career in Property Management
