We are currently seeking a Procurement and Compliance Administrator to support our Product teams with procurement and QA compliance administration.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Managing and responding to inbox queries within a timely manner

  • Monitor and manage compliance, ensuring relevant updates are actioned

  • Project administration set up and support

  • Manage vendor onboarding process and the administration of contract approval process

  • Support the QA team with APCO process adherence and ensuring all data is up to date

About you:

  • Deadline driven with the ability to manage your time efficiently

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

  • An eye for process improvement with an understanding how to minimise business risk

  • View processes with an analytical lens, providing a high level of attention to detail

  • Proficiency across the MS office suite
