The Company

Globe 24-7 in partnership with a key mining client are working together to source an experienced and qualified Human Resources Manager for their team in Dubai.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the HR team across the Africa and MENA region. Oversee the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of HR strategies, policies, and practices to ensure alignment with regional goals and compliance with local labour laws.

The Requirements

  • At least 10 years HR and compliance management experience in the Mining and Drilling Industry
  • Strong understanding of African and diverse labour laws
  • Experience in labour budgeting and compliance
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Senior Management experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resource Management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree/ Diploma in relevant Human Resource Management field preferable
  • Achievement of Training course
