Marketing & Communications Manager

We're calling for a
Marketing & Communications Manager
to be part of our new, refreshed vision, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative marketing strategies that strengthen the kikki.K brand across all channels.

You'll lead the development, implementation, and ongoing evolution of marketing, PR, and communication initiatives, with a focus on social engagement, collaborations, and brand partnerships to build awareness and drive growth.

About The Role

• Develop and implement seasonal PR and marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
• Manage the marketing calendar, budget and campaign execution across all channels.
• Oversee content creation and social media strategy to grow brand engagement and community.
• Lead influencer programs, collaborations and brand partnerships to enhance visibility and reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, shopping centre marketing teams and key partners.
• Analyse and report on campaign and social media performance to inform future initiatives.
• Ensure all brand communications are consistent, engaging and aligned with kikki.K's design and purpose.
• On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience developing and implementing brand, PR and marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of social media, influencer and content marketing.
• Experience managing brand collaborations, partnerships and charity initiatives.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven leadership ability with experience motivating and developing a small team.
• A commercial mindset, with strong trade awareness and budget management capability.
• A passion for design, creativity and meaningful brand storytelling.
