About the role:
We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Officerto support our thriving community in our Head Office reception based in the beautiful Gosnells foothills.
Surrounded by a supportive team, in this role you will be the first point of contact for all queries and welcoming all visitors to the site – a fantastic first impression is key. This role will be fast paced, and no two days will be the same – so the abilities to think on your feet and multi-task are paramount to this position.
Duties will include:
- Greeting visitors to the office and provide assistance / information or direct visitors to appropriate staff members
- Answering and directing incoming calls and emails with care and professionalism
- Receipting, reconciling, and banking all cash and funds received
- Accessing resident information to answer general account queries
- Processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
- Ordering of supplies and equipment as requested
- Maintenance of paper filing and excel databases
- Ensuring the reception environment remains organized, well stocked, and maintains smooth operations
- Photocopying and collation of promotional material for distribution
- Entry and distribution of maintenance requests on DNA system
To be successful in this position you will be able to demonstrate you:
- Have qualifications and / or experience in a similar capacity
- Have some experience with accounts
- Are able to multitask and effectively handle conflicting demands
- Demonstrate high level interpersonal skills, including verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
- Have intermediate to advance working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Possess the ability to handle sensitive occasions or information with discretion.
- Have the ability to work independently, establish priorities and work towards an outcome or objective, unsupervised
- Have experience in a similar setting in aged care will be highly regarded
- Are able to supply proof of having received their 2025 influenza vaccination.
- Are able to provide a current National Police Clearance (no older than 6 months).
