Children's Sports Activities Coach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead structured classes that focus on developing motor skills, strength, balance, and coordination.
  • Engage with children and parents to create a positive, high-energy environment.
  • Assist in creating age-appropriate lesson plans and activities tailored to children from 3months to 10 years old.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards within the gym.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that all members have a rewarding experience.
  • Monitor each child's progress and communicate their achievements to parents.
  • Support birthday parties and special events at the gym, adding to the excitement and fun.

Requirements:

  • Love for children, patience, and ability to communicate effectively with them.
  • Available to work on Fridays(at least afternoon) and Sundays
  • Passion for kids sports education, good at drama, performance, with preference given to those with relevant experience, but training will be provided for those without experience.
  • Good team spirit and organisational skills.
  • Basic knowledge and skills in first aid are preferred.

Candidates with ballet experience will be given priority.
