AUTO PARTS SALESPERSON

4WD World (under new management)

This is a 38 hr/week full-time position.

Wage by negotiation.

We are looking for a salesperson to work in our team at 4WD World. You will be engaging with customers, who are looking to upgrade, revamp and tweak their 4WD, via phone, email and text.

You will learn about, sell and order all the products that ensure our customers have great driving, camping and 4WDing experience all around Australia.

We have a large range of exciting well-known products to maintain, upgrade and enhance customers vehicles.

We also cater for prestige luxury vehicles, sports & super cars

You will need to be a self-starter who is motivated and preferably has experience in the Automotive parts industry.

The necessary skills and requirements are:

  • A sound knowledge of motor vehicles, in particular 4WDs.
  • Experience in the automotive industry - especially parts (preferable)
  • Confident phone manner.
  • Sound knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Office 365, Outlook etc
  • Good spelling/grammar.   You will need to construct email quotations and reply to queries in a professional manner
  • Ability to follow current systems
  • Enthusiastic team member
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to construct Facebook and Instagram posts (preferable)
  • Need to be Social Media savvy

Desirable:

  • Customer service experience
  • Automotive sales experience
  • Current Australian driver's license
