What is the role?

Join our Finance Team as a Financial Accountant, reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller, working in a team of 6 Financial Accountants. You'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements that support business performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reports and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
  • Manage fixed assets and inventory accounting end-to-end
  • Support month-end close, audits, and internal reporting
  • Partner with teams across the business to align financial outcomes with commercial goals
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What You'll Bring:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role
  • CPA/CA qualified (or working towards)
  • Strong Excel and MS Suite skills
  • Deep understanding of GAAP and tax compliance
  • Sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and simplify complex concepts
