Twenty20 Tapas is looking for an experienced individual to take on the role of Front of House Assistant Manager.

The ideal candidate must have RSA and a minimum of 3 years hospitality experience. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating a memorable experience dine in, takeaway and functions with exceptional customer service.

As an assistant manager you will be required, but not limited to, working closely with other management to oversee and assist with the daily operations of the business whilst maintaining our high standards, staff management & stock orders.

For this position you would be required to have the following work experience.

  • Lead by example, team building, excellent customer experience
  • You will be required to have a strong presence on the floor, be hands-on and be a shining example to your peers to drive customer service.
  • Have a positive attitude and the willingness to learn, grow & thrive in a busy environment

Full-time with a Wednesday – Sunday Roster. Flexible for the right person
