The Role
The Growth Operations role is driven by an obsession with outreach, growth and measurable scale. This role exists to push the boundaries of what's possible in how we attract, engage, and convert new business, turning data, automation, and precision targeting into engines of predictable revenue. It's about architecting the systems that power growth, not just managing them. From the first point of outreach to the final stage of conversion, this role owns the infrastructure, technology, and feedback loops that transform curiosity into qualified opportunity at scale.
They combine a marketer's instinct for storytelling with an operator's command of systems, creating the frameworks and automations that make sales smarter, faster, and more efficient. Every decision, every workflow, every optimisation is anchored in results, designed to move the needle on pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
You'll be accountable for the commercial levers that drive growth, designing, automating and optimising every part of the full funnel marketing engine to improve pipeline performance, conversion rates and revenue outcomes. It's about architecting the machine that makes growth measurable, repeatable and scalable.
You'll report to the GM and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to turn vision into engineered growth.
You'll design and maintain the foundations, workflows, and experiments that enable every commercial team to operate with accuracy, speed, and scale. One week you'll prototype a new enrichment logic in Clay; the next, you'll rebuild the data layer that connects HubSpot, Snowflake, and client activity signals. Every initiative you lead should either reduce friction or increase revenue.
Core Responsibilities
1. GTM Systems Architecture
- Design the integrations and data flows between marketing, sales, and analytics platforms, ensuring every interaction is measurable and attributable.
- Translate growth strategy into technical infrastructure: building repeatable frameworks that automate and optimise the journey from lead to revenue.
- Ensure the growth stack is unified, scalable, and built for precision, one source of truth for all outreach and funnel activity.
- Architect and maintain a unified GTM stack integrating HubSpot, Clay, Snowflake, that enable scalable outreach, lead generation, and conversion.
2. Automation & Workflow Enablement
- Eliminate manual effort through automation and client centric obsession, from outreach sequences to post-meeting follow-ups.
- Own and optimise ArchiPro's ICP Engine from the ground up, partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to define, messaging and distribution approach
- Use intent signals, enrichment data, and routing logic to build high-quality target lists that put our commercial partnerships teams in front of the right opportunities at the right time.
- Partner with Commercial Department stakeholders (RevOp's / GM) to codify best practice into live system logic, ensuring every workflow aligns to revenue KPIs.
3. Growth Engineering
- Launch and measure GTM experiments across channels, audiences, and cadences to identify new growth levers.
- Operationalise what works, automating successful tests into permanent frameworks that scale globally.
- Leverage intent data, enrichment signals, and audience segmentation to continuously refine targeting and messaging.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with internal teams to ensure all experiments, systems, and campaigns reinforce each other.
- Train commercial teams on new workflows and data practices to drive adoption and accountability.
- Act as the connective tissue between technical and commercial functions, translating strategic goals into executable system design.
About You
- 10–12 years' experience in GTM, Growth Operations, or Revenue Systems, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth environment.
- Proven experience architecting and scaling GTM systems that integrate CRM, enrichment, and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Clay, Snowflake, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar).
- Deep understanding of pipeline design, lead scoring, automation, and funnel optimisation.
- Analytical and commercially minded, you measure success by pipeline created, deals accelerated, or hours saved.
- Comfortable operating at pace in an evolving, data-rich environment.
- Excellent communicator who can translate technical systems into business impact.
- Passionate about architecture, design, and how technology is transforming the built environment.
