The OpportunityWe're partnering with a large and well-recognised global organisation experiencing ongoing transformation across its finance systems landscape. Due to increased project workload and year-end requirements, they are looking for an experienced Finance Systems Analyst with strong Workday Financials capability to join the team on an initial 12-month contract, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

You'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing Workday Financials, improving finance processes, maintaining data integrity, and partnering across the wider business on system improvements.

  • Provide daily support, troubleshooting, and configuration across Workday Financials.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Support integrations with other finance-related systems and reporting tools.
  • Assist with testing and deployment of Workday updates, enhancements, and new features.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency across finance workflows.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support financial reporting.
  • Work closely with Finance, IT, and external partners to deliver system enhancements and resolve issues.
  • Support month-end and year-end activities to ensure reliable reporting outputs.
  • Maintain system documentation, user guides, and governance controls.

About You

  • 1 – 3 years experience in finance systems or accounting roles, ideally with Workday Financials exposure.
  • Strong technical capability across system administration, integrations, reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Immediately available to start for 5th of January
