About the Role

We're looking for reliable and motivated Casual Housekeepers to join our friendly team at the Ramada Hotel. You'll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards
  • Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities
  • Vacuum, dust, and sanitise all areas as required
  • Report maintenance issues or room damage promptly
  • Ensure housekeeping trolleys are stocked and organised
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and guest satisfaction

About You

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel experience ideal but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
