Australia EPI-USE Full time
Position overview

We are looking for motivated SAP professionals to join the PRISM Global Service line (GSL) of specialist teams delivering SAP solutions and services to clients worldwide, at a mid-level. Candidates will bring solid knowledge and hands-on experience of SAP and ideally of EPI-USE Labs' products to contribute to PRISM transformation projects with a greater degree of independence.

The PRISM Global Service Line is focused on delivering project-based solutions to clients using our proprietary software and specialised services to provide innovative ways to solve complex requirements, primarily in two areas we call 'PRISM for Business' and 'PRISM for Technology'. In both areas we use software and templated methodologies to execute data transformation/ETL operations, including complementary services to create turnkey solutions.

Role holders are expected to demonstrate strong professional behaviours, setting a positive example for colleagues and clients, managing their time effectively, and taking ownership of project deliverables. EPI-USE Labs people are self-sufficient, disciplined, and outgoing, leading by example. They thrive on challenges and enjoy working with a diverse set of colleagues, clients, and organisations.

This role is for an SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant. We understand the functional side of SAP, so we welcome people with experience in both SAP functional and SAP technical roles. • Confident to build and deliver new or existing solutions with minimal oversight.
  • Strong understanding of the SAP data model and its delivery.
  • Strong communication skills; confident to engage independently with clients.

  • ABAP experience (read, debug).
  • Experience working on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) projects.
  • Experience working in SAP migration projects of any kind, though ideally to include S/4HANA, HCM (Payroll/SuccessFactors) or Analytics (BW, BW/4HANA, Datasphere).
