- Communicate with complainants, regulated parties, and stakeholders to manage and share information appropriately.
- Prepare and sanitise materials for disclosure in line with legal requirements.
- Provide high-level analysis and recommend proportionate regulatory responses that promote child safety and wellbeing.

- Review and improve investigation processes and lead projects that enhance team effectiveness and support agency strategic goals.
To be considered you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and qualities:
- Extensive experience developing and executing investigation plans, conducting formal interviews, collecting statements, and analysing evidence to identify non-compliance and recommend appropriate statutory sanctions.
- Strong expertise in interpreting legislation, policy, and procedures, and exercising regulatory powers.
- Proven ability to prepare high-quality reports, witness statements, interview records, and court briefs with sound recommendations, suitable for enforcement and prosecution, and capable of withstanding judicial scrutiny.
- Demonstrated success in reviewing and enhancing investigation processes, and leading projects that drive operational improvements.
