We are seeking a dedicated, self-motivated, and hands-on leader to join our team and help drive performance, motivate staff, and uphold our strong reputation for outstanding service.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Director, you will take the hand on approach and be predominantly on the shop floor, and fully engaged in the day-to-day operations of our retail stores. You'll play a vital role in staff leadership, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in leadership meetings and present business sales figures
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints efficiently
  • Motivate, train, and manage retail staff across all locations
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings
  • Manage and coordinate various store departments and business services
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth store operations
  • Oversee stock levels, returns, and store deliveries
  • Manage staff rosters and open/close stores when needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Perform other duties as required to support the business
