Techforce Personnel are a national recruitment agency and project management firm specialising in blue & white collar recruitment across mining and resources, shutdowns, facilities maintenance, industrial services, civil construction and the oil and gas industries.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Trainer Assessor experienced working with HME maintenance teams and high risk pass-outs. The role is a 3-month contract based on an 8:6 in the Goldfields with a reputable mining contractor.

Role Description:

  • Ensuring that the assessment activity complies with the principles of assessment (validity, fairness, reliability, flexibility, authenticity, currency)
  • Training and refreshing qualifications on various equipment
  • Further Development of personnel
  • Creating plans and delivering site training objectives
  • Developing retraining plans for those who do not achieve the required result during the assessment activity
  • Perform training activities and assessments for operators as required
  • Assist the trainee in the knowledge of all of the Operating Procedures for the item of plant they are training on
T o be successful you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Minimum TAE 116
  • Current manual C Class drivers' license
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Trainer Assessor
  • Intermediate level across the Microsoft office suite of programs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
