Job Description:
As the Front-of-House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dining establishment. You will lead by example, fostering a positive environment for our staff and ensuring that our patrons receive outstanding service that reflects our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers and baristas.
Train new team members, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that guest expectations are exceeded.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dining area, ensuring it meets high standards.
Oversee inventory of bakery supplies and coordinate orders as needed.
Implement and enforce health and safety standards to create a safe and enjoyable dining environment.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategies to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
Understanding of point-of-sale software.
Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
