Job Description:

As the Front-of-House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dining establishment. You will lead by example, fostering a positive environment for our staff and ensuring that our patrons receive outstanding service that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers and baristas.

  • Train new team members, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.

  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that guest expectations are exceeded.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dining area, ensuring it meets high standards.

  • Oversee inventory of bakery supplies and coordinate orders as needed.

  • Implement and enforce health and safety standards to create a safe and enjoyable dining environment.

  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategies to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a clean and organized environment.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Understanding of point-of-sale software.

  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
