Job Description:

The Front-of-House Supervisor will be instrumental in assisting the FOH Manager with the day-to-day operations of our bakery. Your commitment to leadership, service, and quality will help ensure our guests consistently enjoy exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing front-of-house operations, guiding servers and baristas.
  • Participate in the training and ongoing development of our team, upholding high service standards.
  • Uphold our culture of superior customer service, aiming to surpass guest expectations.
  • Support coordination between FOH and BOH staff for efficient service.
  • Address customer questions, feedback, and concerns with effective solutions.
  • Help maintain the dining area's cleanliness and visual appeal.
  • Assist with inventory management and supply orders.
  • Enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a pleasant and safe dining experience.
  • Work with the management team on strategies to improve guest satisfaction and drive sales.
  • Perform administrative duties, including staff scheduling and reporting, as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector is desirable.
  • Leadership prowess with a talent for nurturing and guiding a diverse team.
  • Effective communication and people skills.
  • A track record of successfully handling customer service situations.
  • A keen eye for detail and dedication to maintaining a pristine environment.
  • Resilience in a fast-paced setting and flexibility to meet the demands of the role.

  • Availability for varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
