We're now looking for driven Inside Sales Representatives (Business Software Consultants) to join our high-performing team. In this role, you'll be calling small to medium businesses across Australia and New Zealand, uncovering their needs, and showcasing how BrightHR can transform the way they manage their people. Working closely with our Business Development Managers, you'll be booking high-quality consultations that pave the way for closing new business.
This role is perfect for those who bring previous sales experience—whether that's outbound calling, B2B, SaaS, or solution-based selling—and want to take their career to the next level. You'll have a natural ability to build rapport, handle objections, and influence decision-makers while thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
