About the Role

At our boutique property management firm, we translate property expertise into real value for our owners by applying strategic insight, structured planning, and consistent delivery.

In this role, you will be pivotal in the daily operations of our assets, maintaining high standards in safety, compliance, cleanliness, and emergency preparedness, while coordinating contractors and delivering asset projects. You will work closely with retailers, commercial tenants, external contractors, customers, and our internal teams to ensure a professional, reliable, and high-quality service across the portfolio.

The assets are Sydney-based and include an office building, two neighbourhood shopping centres in the Inner West, Hornsby & Blacktown shires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, platforms (including iAuditor & Rapid Global), WH&S legislation, risk management, Building & essential service compliance.
  • Management of service contracts such as cleaning, security, HVAC, & vertical transport.
  • Planning of repairs and maintenance.
  • Coordinating building works & tenancy delivery.
  • Expense management working with MRI & My Buildings platforms
  • Preparing for & participating in meetings & budget reviews

About You

  • Extensive experience in operations management within retail /commercial properties.
  • Proven ability in project delivery within budget & timeframe constraints
  • Solid technical knowledge in essential services & compliance obligations.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Experience with systems 
    MRI, My Buildings, Rapid Global, iAuditor
    .
