About the role

As an Experienced Linemarking Operator at Mainliner Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in our Commercial Linemarking Division the visual appearance of factories, car parks and high profile clients premises. This is a full-time position, and you will be responsible for operating specialised equipment to apply high-quality markings and linework.

What you'll be doing

  • Carefully operate line marking machinery to apply road markings, arrows, and other customised linework
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to keep it in optimal working condition
  • Work closely with the broader construction team to coordinate line marking activities
  • Identify and report any issues or defects in the work area
  • Maintain detailed records of all work completed

What we're looking for

  • Several years of experience as a line marking operator in the linemarking industry
  • Proficiency in operating a range of line marking equipment and line removal equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines
  • A valid driver's licence and a White Card. Traffic Control, First Aid & Forklift would be advantageous
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver a professional, high-quality finish
  • A proactive, safety-conscious approach to your work
  • A strong Leader to assist with organising crews onsite.
  • Be available for regular weekend work and night shift (where required). This is an essential requirement. If you cannot work at least one weekend a month please do not apply.
