Role Overview

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our clients' business needs and technical solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define requirements, shape cloud-native solutions, and ensure successful delivery of AWS-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, processes, and pain points.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  • Work with AWS architects and engineers to design scalable, secure cloud solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and documentation sessions with stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Support Agile delivery teams with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimisation, and innovation using AWS services.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology or consulting environments.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation, API Gateway).
  • Experience working on cloud migration, digital transformation, or platform engineering projects.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to write clear documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code is a plus.
  • Experience with data integration, analytics, or AI/ML projects is highly desirable.
