Privately owned and operated service seeking a high quality Early Childhood Educator who loves educating and caring for children

Positions Available:

Diploma or Cert III or ECT - preferably with leadership experience, however not necessary

ROLES:

Vision to collaborate as part of a team to lead an innovative centre within a 21st century learning space with a focus on STEM and natural play based learning ethos

Lead and manage educational programs with a passion for early childhood education and care

Foster a strong sense of belonging through meaningful relationships with families, children, staff and the community

Work collaboratively as part of the team as an educator directly educating and caring for children

SKILLS:

Exemplar interpersonal verbal and written communication skills

A dynamic personality, creativity and a clear passion for early childhood education

A cooperative team player who cares and respects children in all their individuality and developmental stages

Commitment to excellence in early childhood

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATES:

ECT or Diploma or Certificate III

Current First Aid, CPR and Child Protection certificate

Cleared Working with Children Check (WWCC) 

Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
