Position purpose

Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Planet Fitness clubs state-wide. Open every new location on time, on budget and to brand standards by coordinating Bravo Fit's internal and external teams, aligning landlord works, and keeping clear, consistent governance and reporting.

Job skill set requirements

•    Strong program control across multiple fit-outs with clear risk, budget and schedule reporting

•    Design coordination from concept to IFC, with strict brand standards, operational requirements and compliance

•    Ability to drive efficiency across the consultant team, set expectations, enforce Service Level Agreements and resolve issues early

•    Vendor and contract know-how to engage consultants and fit-out contractors

•    Excellent stakeholder skills with landlords, centre management and internal teams

•    Advanced skills in Microsoft Project or similar, Excel and Microsoft 365

Remit

•    Manage a rolling portfolio of projects in your state, from feasibility to handover

•    Work with Real Estate on test fits, feasibilities, early budgets and risks to support site decisions

•    Secure internal approvals, including Planet Fitness, Inc. at key milestones and align Marketing, Operations and Finance

•    Build and maintain a single master schedule covering design, approvals, procurement and construction

•    Lead weekly coordination between landlord reps and BravoFit consultants, track actions and close issues

•    Engage and brief consultants, enforce SLAs and deliverables, and keep scopes clean and aligned

•    Manage the engagement and onboarding of fit-out contractors, with end-to-end oversight of contract management and change processes

•    Oversee delivery, commissioning, defects and operational handover with complete O&M, warranties and as-builts

•    Provide clear governance, reporting and decision support to the Head of Development & Construction

Experience/Qualifications

•    5+ years store development or project/program management in a rollout environment

•    Proven experience in design and construction with multiple stakeholders and shopping centre interfaces

•    Experienced with Service Level Agreements for consultants and fit-out contracts

•    Tertiary qualification in Construction, Architecture, Engineering or Project Management, or equivalent experience

•    Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder skills, with a commercial mindset and high attention to detail
