Job Description
Are you a morning person who loves great coffee, connecting with people, and starting the day with energy and purpose? We're looking for a passionate Barista to join our Food & Beverage team at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery, where five-star luxury meets warm, genuine service.

This role requires
availability from 6:00am
for Breakfast service.

What You'll Be Doing…

  • Craft consistently excellent coffee, from rich espressos to beautifully poured lattes, with speed and precision in a high-volume environment
  • Greet every guest warmly, remembering names and personalising interactions to create memorable experiences
  • Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to deliver seamless service
  • Keep your workspace clean, organised, and ready for the next rush
  • Share your coffee knowledge and recommendations to enhance each guest's experience
  • Bring energy and positivity to early mornings, setting the tone for the day

Hourly Pay Rates
Mon to Fri: $ $2.81 evening loading after 7pm)

Saturday: $32.31

Sunday: $38.78

Public Holidays: $58.16

Qualifications

  • Proven barista skills with the ability to deliver consistent quality under pressure
  • A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Great attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Availability to start from 6:00am on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Current RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
