About the Job

As a sales assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience for our valued customers.

You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of fashion products, including GAZMAN, Cable, and Perri Cutten.

We're seeking someone who is enthusiastic, motivated, and able to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  2. Process transactions accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  3. Restock shelves, maintain visual merchandising displays, and ensure the store looks its best at all times.
  4. Participate in sales promotions, events, and product launches to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and support each other in achieving business goals.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a fashion or clothing store.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and other retail technology.
