About the Role:

The Clinical Education Clinical Development Nurse/Midwife plays a vital role in ensuring that services meet National Health and Quality Standards, improve staff performance and delivery of high-quality evidence-based patient care. This position will be required to have advanced clinical and education knowledge to support the development of effective continuing education methods and be passionate about the acquisition of evidence-based, lifelong learning skills by clinical staff. You will actively seek to build cross-functional relationships for inter-professional education opportunities at North Canberra Hospital while maintaining a focus on nursing education.
