Are you an experienced Early Childhood Coordinator/Leader?

You will provide expert advice on child development supporting Family Day Care educators with compliance and learning programmes throughout Melbourne, Bendigo and Shepparton.

You will be a warm listener and highly knowledgeable about ECE.  You will be a mentor and a 'change agent', developing action plans with all stakeholders and supporting individuals towards these goals.  It is essential that you have skills that build trust and respect with diverse people, cultures and language groups.

This is a full time position based in Abbotsford 3067 and you will need a driving licence to conduct FDC site visits.  Flexible working hours and up to 1 day a week work from home can be negotiated.

Essential

  • You must an ACECQA recognised a diploma or bachelors degree
  • You must have a drivers licence and be willing to drive in Melbourne and Regional Victoria
  • You must have leadership and communication skills.
  • You must demonstrate your knowledge of Early Childhood Education services
  • You must complete all police and reference checks.
