We're now seeking a passionate and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is the perfect blend of design expertise and sales success, guiding clients through their journey, from first enquiry to contract signing. What You'll Do.

  • Present and maintain your assigned display home to the highest ZAC Homes standard.
  • Be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, creating a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Manage enquiries, nurture leads, and confidently convert them into sales.
  • Prepare, adapt, and present home designs & tenders with clarity and confidence.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of duplex, dual occupancy, and custom home solutions.
  • Stay across local planning requirements (CDC, LEP, DCP) and use this to guide clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records in our CRM and collaborate with internal teams for seamless handovers.
  • Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach.

What You Bring.

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in residential new home sales is required.
  • Results-focused attitude with a proven record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Confidence reading, interpreting, and modifying building plans.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Comfortable working with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Weekend availability and a genuine passion for helping families achieve their homeownership goals.

Earnings Potential.

At ZAC Homes we reward performance and experience with a clear, transparent structure:

  • Base salary up to $85,000 + Super (pending experience).
  • Commission of up to 1.5% per sale with uncapped earning potential.
