Corporate Services Manager – Sydney

Location: Sydney, Australia

Position: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Services Manager to lead and coordinate the

internal corporate, administrative and support functions of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate & Administrative Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day corporate, administrative and internal service delivery functions.
  • Ensure office operations, facilities management and internal support systems run efficiently.

2. Policy & Procedure Development

  • Develop, implement and maintain organisational policies relating to administration, procurement, WHS, governance and records management.
  • Ensure all processes comply with legislation and internal standards.

3. Corporate Resource Management

  • Manage budgets, procurement processes, contracts and financial planning related to corporate services.
  • Allocate staffing, equipment and other operational resources across support departments.

4. Governance, Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

  • Maintain corporate governance frameworks.
  • Oversee compliance with statutory obligations, internal reporting requirements and organisational policies.

5. Operational Improvement & Change Management

  • Identify inefficiencies and lead system, workflow and process improvements.
  • Implement new technologies or organisational changes to enhance service delivery.

6. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with executives, department managers, external service providers and contractors.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives and organisational development activities.

7. Facilities & Infrastructure Management

  • Oversee building operations, office space planning, maintenance, security and cleaning services.
  • Manage corporate assets and ensure a safe, functional work environment.

8. Reporting & Strategic Documentation

  • Prepare operational performance reports, compliance documentation, forecasts and strategic recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Management or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in corporate services, administration or operations management.
  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance and corporate policy frameworks.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, procurement and internal resources effectively.
  • Experience implementing process improvements and system upgrades.
