Come join an amazing team as a Forklift Operator We're looking for a motivated and responsible individual to help with our warehouse operations.

About the Role

As a Forklift Operator, you'll be responsible for operating forklifts to move materials between unloading, processing, loading, and storage areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and securing stored pallets.
  • Manually loading or unloading materials onto or off pallets, platforms, or other lifting devices.
  • Performing routine inspections of forklift equipment before and after use to ensure it's in working order.
  • Keeping your work area clean and tidy at all times.
  • Reporting any damage to racks, faulty equipment, or other safety hazards to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Working closely with supervisors, managers, and other employees on loading and unloading tasks.
  • You may also be required to perform other duties such as cleaning and packing.

Shift Details

AM Shift: 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Shifts require flexible hours, and you may be asked to work extra or outside your normal hours with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. You'll also have a 30-minute lunch break.

Requirements

  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Valid forklift licence
  • Strong hand-eye coordination.
  • The ability to read labels and numbers.
  • A sense of responsibility to complete tasks without supervision.
  • Previous experience in a similar food environment is desired.
