About the role

We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Operator/Forklift Driver to join Ultra Air in Eastern Creek, NSW. In this critical role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and other materials handling equipment to efficiently move and manage inventory within our warehouse facility.

What you'll be doing

  1. Safely operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to unload, move and stock inventory
  2. Picking, packing and loading customer orders accurately and efficiently
  3. Assisting with the general upkeep and organisation of the warehouse
  4. Following all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
  5. Supporting a positive team culture and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
  6. Working weekdays from 7 am - 4 pm

What we're looking for

  1. Demonstrated experience as a forklift operator or warehouse worker, ideally in a fast-paced distribution environment
  2. A current forklift licence and experience operating a variety of warehouse equipment
  3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  5. The ability to work efficiently and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Computer skills: Excel, Outlook, Word
  7. Experience with a CRM (Simpro) but not essential training will be provided
