**We're seeking an organised and self-motivated Retail Sales Consultant to join our Brickworks VIC Design Centre in Lynbrook, Victoria. 

Reporting to the Design Centre Team Leader, you will primarily be responsible for providing superior service to assist our customers in the selection of exterior colours for their new home and placing new orders and deliveries. The role will also assist internal and external customers in a range of service and sales enquires across Brickworks wide range of products by providing an exceptional customer service experience when interacting through multiple channels including phone, email and our expanding digital channels.

Duties include but are not limited to:**

• Meet sales targets by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customer base.

• Provide quality customer service while taking and processing phone orders, assisting customers with product selections and samples, and pick up sales. 

• General upkeep of the Retail Centre.

• Maintain a detailed and current knowledge of the products and services participate in training when required. 

• Assisting the Retail Team Leader with various functions when required.

• Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe manner, compliant with WHSE policies and procedures.

Success Requirements

• A desire to work in retail and establish a career path in sales with Brickworks.

• Previous customer service or sales experience.

• A current driver's licence.

• Proficient in Windows and other Microsoft applications.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

• Excellent customer service & time management skills.

• Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (desirable).

• An interest in Interior design and/or colour selections.
