About the role

The CSSD manager is a key position within the Procedural Areas team providing support to the CSSD staff, working alongside the clinical team to provide safe and efficient care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of a team based environment while providing leadership and support to the CSSD team, working in partnership with the Procedural and Wards Areas.
• Ensure standards, guidelines and legislative requirements are met with governance from quality assurance practices

What you bring

• Formal qualifications in sterilisation
• Understanding of Safe Work Practices
• A sound understanding of Australian Standards, Guidelines and Legislative requirements relevant to the area
• Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
• Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a a mission based organisation.
