Personal Trainer at Fitstrong

If you're a passionate personal trainer looking for fulfilling, meaningful, flexible work that makes an impact You're in the right place. FitStrong provides fitness support services for NDIS participants, and we're always on the lookout for outstanding PTs across Sydney to join our network of NDIS personal trainers in Sydney.

This isn't just another gym gig. It's a chance to build a rewarding career helping people with disabilities move better, grow stronger, and feel more confident. All while working in your own local area. You'll train clients where they feel most comfortable, often in their homes, a nearby park, or a local gym, or your private gym space.

What You'll Do:

  • Mobile personal training
  • 1 on 1 45min Personal Training sessions with our diverse range of clients in Western Sydney
  • Take the time to assess & address the challenges our clients have
  • Commit to undertaking disability & inclusion education & training

What We're Looking For:

Must haves:

  • Tertiary qualifications (minimum Cert IV) in Fitness
  • Reliable, friendly, and proactive with a positive can-do attitude
  • ABN
  • Current working with children check (paid work)
  • Current police check
  • First aid
  • Public Liability Insurance
  • Own transport
  • Basic exercise equipment

Nice to haves:

  • NDIS Worker Check #
  • Your own gym space
