Your Mission

Recruit volunteer host families and match them with incoming exchange students — creating life-changing experiences for both students and families.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Conversion

• Be the first point of contact for curious families — qualify leads and spark interest.
• Present the magic of our programs and the benefits of hosting.
• Guide families through the application and approval journey.

Sales & Community Outreach

• Achieve monthly and quarterly placement goals.
• Stay connected via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Identify and pursue local outreach opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Officer to plan and execute outreach initiatives.
• Represent WEP during "marketing trips" to key regional centers (some outside regular hours).

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with marketing and admin teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Provide weekly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and placement progress.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
