Speech Pathologists – Join Our Team of Exceptional Allied Health Professionals

About the Role

Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Aged Care? We invite you to join our dynamic team whether that is as a Post Graduate or Senior / Experience Speech Pathologist.

We have roles specifically created for individuals with 18 months to 24 months of professional experience and are already looking for a role & a Provider with a Difference, in addition to our core appointments of experienced clinicians with at least 5 years experience.

Specific needs for Speech Pathologists, Dieticians, Occupational Therapists and Positive Behaviour Practitioners.

Due to continued demand we have the minimum requirements for:

– 2 x Speech Pathologists North of the River; Paediatric & Adult

– 2 x Speech Pathologists South of the River; Paediatric & Adult

– 2 x Occupational Therapists North of the River; Paediatric & Adult

– 2 x Occupational Therapists South of the River; Paediatric & Adult

– 2 x Positive Behaviour Practitioners; Perth Metro

Offering flexible positions including Full-Time, Part-Time and Contractor.

Responsibilities

– Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients under the NDIS and Aged Care programs.

– Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.

– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals and outcomes.

– Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory standards.

– Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in Allied Health.

Requirements

– Degree in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or an appropriately related field.

– 18 months to 24 months of relevant professional experience.

– Registration with the relevant professional body (e.g. AHPRA, SPA, ESSA).

– Experience working within the NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors is highly desirable.

– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

– Current driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
