The Role

We're looking for an experienced Corporate Receptionist / FOH Coordinator to join a global financial services organisation on a 6-month contract. Based in their stylish Sydney CBD offices with harbour views, this role offers the opportunity to be the welcoming face of the business and ensure the office runs seamlessly each day.

You'll be responsible for providing a polished front-of-house experience, managing meeting spaces and events, and supporting senior stakeholders across the business. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys working in a professional, client-facing environment where no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcoming guests and clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Managing reception, phone enquiries, and front-of-house presentation
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, catering, and AV requirements
  • Providing administration support to internal teams and executives
  • Assisting with office events and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in reception, guest services, or corporate front-of-house
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Immaculate presentation and professional communication style
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Teams
  • A proactive, flexible approach - comfortable supporting occasional events outside core hours
