About the Role

Working closely with our finance team, you'll play a key role in maintaining smooth financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and sending customer statements
  • Following up with customers for outstanding payments (Accounts Receivable)
  • Inputting local OPEX bills and supplier invoices
  • Performing balance sheet reconciliations (debtors, creditors, inventory, provisions, accruals)
  • Assisting with financial reporting and analysis - including setting up Excel spreadsheets comparing actuals to budget/forecast
  • General ledger reconciliation and supporting month-end processes

What We're Looking For

  • Experience using MYOB, Acumatica, or similar ERP systems
  • Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs, formulas, P&L formatting)
  • Solid understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger reconciliations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in during a busy period
