ABOUT YOU
Craft and creative problem solving
. Your well honed technical skills underpin a mind which is constantly looking to solve creative and design problems. You love sinking your teeth into a creative problem, you are not afraid to challenge a brief and push for the most effective solutions.

You make it your mission to understand the client's business, their problems and potential opportunities. Even the simplest task brief is thought of within the big picture of the account.
You love all things design.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to lead key design projects and collaborate with our full-service team. Our design team is small but mighty, tackling a huge range of briefs across the design spectrum on a day-to-day basis. Your role will be broad and cover many aspects of the design process so a well-rounded and broad range of skills is required. Beyond technical design skills and experience, a can-do attitude and a passion for creative problem-solving is essential in this role and is key to creating great work.
You are comfortable and confident presenting and being client-facing, able to build relationships and collaborate with both internal and external teams.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Agency or studio experience of 7+ years.
- Minimum 2 years in a senior position.
- A portfolio with a broad range of design projects, as well as demonstrating excellent all-around design skills across campaign, digital and print mediums.
- Experience in leading and managing others.
- Expert skills in Adobe and Figma.
- Be open and keen on adopting AI into your processes.
- Be proficient in the google suite.
- Animation skills are a bonus.
- Confidence in leading projects and experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to present designs with compelling rationale and clear strategic thinking.
- A can-do attitude, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Recognise opportunities to go above and beyond, with a sense of adventure and exploration.
- An insatiable passion and enthusiasm for the craft.
