About The Role
An exciting immediate opportunity for a Machine Operator & Packer to join our established Production team based in our Box Hill plant (until February 2026, then Scoresby). This permanent full-time position will function on day shifts across 5 days starting at 6 am and finishing at 2 pm. A 38-hour week from Monday to Friday. A great opportunity to develop & progress your career with an industry leader and the world's largest IML manufacturer.

Duties include

• Perform production duties including sorting, banding, packaging, labelling, and manual lifting.
• Operating a finishing machine – TXR in accordance with training and SOP's.
• Maintain continuous quality control through careful inspection of printed products for clarity and defects.
• Follow all work instructions, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
• Work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to maintain efficiency and resolve issues quickly.

About You

• Prior packing or production experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
• Ability to visually distinguish all colours (essential for label inspection).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and a proactive approach to learning.
• A strong focus on safety and following procedures.
• Reliable transport and full Australian working rights required.
