Hiring: HR Systems Business Analyst Northern Territory Government

Contract: 1 October 2025 to 4 November 2026

Cloudstreet Consulting is seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team and work with our valued client, the Northern Territory Government (NTG). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-impact projects that improve government services and outcomes for the community.

Requirements
  • Extensive skills and experience as a Business Analyst, including experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis/modelling, planning, design, using standard techniques in a complex business environment.
  • Experience mapping business requirements and processes to the functionality of a solution.
  • High level client liaison, change management and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative environment with high performing teams with high priority deliverables under tight time frames, and balance competing priorities.
  • Experience identifying and analysing complex legislation and/or regulatory requirements applicable to the delivery of quality, timely and accurate employment conditions, preferably in a government context.
