  • Developing, training and motivating your team members to the highest quality and standard.
  • Using initiative to control, manage and continually improve the quality and efficiency of your area of responsibility.
  • Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with other Sections, at both a strategic and operational level.
QualificationsWhat are we looking for?
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Display an adept understanding of warehousing practices.
  • Previous experience in managing dynamic teams.
  • Meticulous and highly attentive to detail, ensuring quality compliance to a high standard
  • Flexible, able to work a rotating 5 out of 7 days roster.
  • Hands-on, willing to go the extra mile in a fast-paced team environment.
