Perth Bouncy Castle Hire is a leading inflatables and amusements hire company, known for delivering top-notch service and unforgettable events. We know the importance of a well-functioning warehouse team to our success, and we invest in the people who make it happen.

**The Role**

As a Warehouse Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our events. Your responsibilities will include:

- Loading and unloading heavy equipment (like inflatables) with precision and care.
- Ensuring the field team has all required items for seamless event execution.
- Following strict processes to maintain accuracy and organization in the warehouse.
- Occasionally using a forklift (license required).
- Contributing to the overall efficiency of the warehouse by staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Performing regular maintenance checks and minor repairs to keep equipment in excellent condition.

**Working Hours**

Our schedule is structured to ensure both stability and flexibility:

- **Monday to Thursday**: Primarily **day shifts**, with occasional **night shifts** as needed.
- **Friday and Saturday**: Alternating **early morning** or **night shifts** on a rotating roster.

You’ll receive your schedule in advance, giving you plenty of time to plan your week.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has experience in a warehouse or similar role involving heavy lifting.
- Holds a valid forklift license.
- Is highly detail-oriented and thrives in a structured environment.
- Enjoys being part of a team and understands the importance of supporting others.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $28.50 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
