About You

What we are looking for is someone a bit special and unique. Of course, your role will be to sell cars - and that's great - your friendly disposition, your warm and welcoming persona, your confidence and energy shines through in what you do and how you interact. But being honest, transparent and communicative is a big part of how we operate, so ideally we are looking for the same; and as for the rest? Well that can all be trained if needed - that is - the knowledge and understanding of cars, the technical know how (or at least the basic essentials), the nitty gritty I guess that can be taught and learnt over time in the role. Then of course there's those other aspects which will involve some level of Admin and paperwork all that stuff, so if you have good general skills with computers, Excel, Word etc then please make it known, as you could be useful in those elements too. Ultimately the goal, however, is to sell good quality cars at good and fair prices, so your ability to handle negotiations and work thru the setbacks would be critical to your success in the role. Additionally, if you are bi-lingual, this would be a big plus in your favour.

And of course - good results come with good rewards - being bonuses and commissions paid for the achievement and success of winning a good clean sale.
