We are currently seeking an Experienced Logistics or Workshop Purchasing/Sales Manager, for a full time Monday to Friday role (45/50 hour weeks), in our Welshpool workshop.

JOB INFORMATION:

  • Procurement, purchasing and sales of industry items including piping of poly, PVC and steel variety, valves, piping, and fittings etc
  • Inventory and stock management
  • Receival/dispatch and account management of current and new vendors, lodging through procurement and inventory computer systems
  • Loading and unloading of trucks, including delivery and pick up around Perth areas as required
  • Raising and management of purchase orders through online systems
  • Account management and new sales tracking across multiple vendors

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Test
  • National Police Clearance (within the last 6 months)
  • WA driver's license (LR class or higher - Mandatory)
  • High Risk License (Forklift) LF Class
  • Proficient in excel suite and procurement systems (Ostendo experience is highly regarded, otherwise, experience with similar programs also accepted)
  • 3-4 years prior experience within a sales/purchasing manager role, with solid understanding of dewatering and pipeline/HDPE industry and materials, including valves (butterfly, knife, ball etc), fittings, piping etc
  • Happy to do 45/50 hour weeks Monday to Friday (start and finish times flexible between 0630/7AM starts) Start early, finish early
  • Valid working rights (as this role is permanent, full time)
