Assistant Manager

Pay: AU$69,000.00 – AU$72,000.00 per year

About City Cave and the job:

City Cave Mount Gravatt is part of a fast-growing Australia and NZ wide franchise of over 50 locations. City Cave is a multi-service wellness centre that offers our customers an escape from the overstimulated world we live in to find their journey of health. Promoting preventive and proactive services like floatation therapy, infrared saunas, and massage therapy.

We are seeking a hard-working individual to assist in managing our wellness centre.

Some of the things you'll be doing are:

• Customer service (our number one priority, along with customer experience)
• Booking system management, phone bookings, sales calls
• Preparing and dressing rooms for customers
• Centre tidiness and cleaning
• Selling guests packs
• Managing a centre team of float attendants, cave divers and massage therapists

Key skills/values we are looking for are:

• Great interpersonal skills & empathy (with a heart for serving others)
• Genuine interest in people, health and wellness
• Ability to work alone and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Booking system, CRM, admin and point of sale.
• Sales & KPI experience
• Must have availability to work across 7 days between 8am - 9:30pm
• Must have current first aid certificate and CPR
• Some experience in managing a small team. Supervisory or team leading experience is useful for this role

Salary: We pay according to the Miscellaneous Award.
