Sales Support & Administration – Entry Level or Dealership Experienced

We're on the hunt for a Sales Support & Administration Team Member to join our long-established buying team based at Brisbane Airport. This position has become available due to a team member's retirement and an internal promotion, so you'll be stepping into a well-established, supportive environment with great people and proven systems.

This role suits both entry-level applicants looking to break into the automotive industry and those with prior dealership experience who want to build on their skills.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting our Group Buying Admin Manager & Buyers in the day-to-day running of the business
  • In-stocking vehicles and logging buyer sales
  • Handling Queensland Transport transactions
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Assisting vendors and customers with enquiries (yes, you'll get to talk to real people)
  • Supporting our buying team with sending and receiving documents to customers and sending internal documents to our dealer network

What you'll need:

  • A current driver's license
  • A can-do attitude (we can teach the rest)
  • Willingness to learn, earn, and build a career
  • Experience in accounting, accounts payable or receivable, ERA, or QLD Rego Clerk certification will be advantageous but not essential
