Do you enjoy working outdoors and getting your hands dirty? As a Farm Hand at Wilmar Sugar & Renewables, you'll play a vital role in keeping our farms running smoothly and supporting the production of sugarcane for our mills.

Located in North Queensland, Sarina offers a laid-back lifestyle, with stunning beaches and exciting outdoor adventures right at your doorstep. Whether you're into hiking, water sports, or just chilling by the beach, Sarina has it all waiting for you. This permanent position is based at Tedlands Farm in Koumala.

Your Role in Action

  • Gear Up: Operate tractors and other farming equipment.
  • Fix-It Force: Perform basic maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Rowing & Growing: Help with row cropping and other field operations.

Your Winning Combination

The successful applicant must have prior experience driving tractors, hold a "C Class" Drivers Licence, be a strong communicator and is able to arrange their own transport. Bonus points for applicants who also have row cropping experience, basic mechanical skills and a "HR Class" Drivers Licence (training provided for the right person).
