Abode Plastering Group is a well-regarded provider of plastering services across the Sunshine Coast, known for our high standards and commitment to quality. We work across various exciting projects, from new homes and renovations to small commercial works, where our team delivers exceptional internal finishes. We are seeking an Internal Plasterer to join our small but dynamic team.

About the Role

As an Internal Plasterer at Abode Plastering Group, you will be involved in a range of tasks, Including:

  • Working on diverse projects, from residential to commercial. New work and renovations.
  • Predominantly using your setting skills to achieve precise, high-quality finishes.
  • Installing plasterboard, installation and other wall linings
  • Undertaking a variety of tasks, such as sheeting, cornicing, and metal framing
  • Repairing damaged plasterwork to restore it to original condition
  • Sanding and preparing surfaces for painting
  • Assisting with pre-paint preparation and various fixing tasks

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of four years internal plastering experience
  • Full Australian drivers licence
  • A construction Blue / White Card
  • A professional approach and presentation
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality

Remuneration Package

Cash Salary: $57,300-$74,100 (based on experience)

Including 12% superannuation, annual leave and personal leave

Vehicle allowance of $15,000 per annum

Total Package: $79,000-$98,000

Alternatively, casual rates (or ABN rates) are available, ranging from $ $52.69 per hour plus Superannuation

Start date: Immediate start available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41.77 – $52.69 per hour
